- Selection involves a Written Test (100 marks), with a penalty of ¼ mark per incorrect answer.
- Final shortlist based on merit, organized by role and category.

- Written Test call letters are sent via email.
For Sr. FOE/FOE/Project Engineers:
- Selection includes a Written Test (85% weight) and an Interview (15% weight).
- Only candidates who qualify the Written Test are invited to the Interview, with a 1:5 ratio by merit per role and category.
- Notifications for Written Test/Interview and final selection will be posted on the company website.
- Call letters for both the Written Test and Interview are sent by email.
